FerretFlash – Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. General
- This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to software and services provided by FerretFlash Tuning L.L.C-FZ.
2. Software Products
- All software licenses are delivered digitally and are considered final once activated or downloaded.
- Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds once the software has been accessed, downloaded, or activated.
3. Service Products
- If you purchase a service (e.g., remote support), you may cancel before the service has started and receive a full refund.
- Once a service has been initiated, it cannot be refunded.
4. Exceptions
- Refunds may be issued in exceptional cases where required under UAE law or if a technical failure on our side prevents delivery of the product or service.
5. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
6. Governing Law
- This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
